Job Description Diraq is building the world's first utility-scale quantum computer. We need someone to find the people who can build it. We\'re small enough that we can\'t carry a bad hire. We want an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who gets that the real work happens before a role ever goes live. You\'ll push back on a brief that don\'t add up and help hiring managers work out what they actually need. You\'ll work right across the company, from scientists and engineers to execs and commercial leads. If you think recruitment is about running a tidy process, this probably isn\'t for you. We want someone who wants a say in who we hire. Job Requirements Real experience owning full-cycle recruitment in tough markets Strong instincts, and the nerve to tell a hiring manager they\'re wrong when they are A track record of finding people other recruiters walk past The knack for turning a vague “we need someone like…” into an actual search Experience holding your own with senior leaders A good read on red flags, and on the people who look unremarkable on paper but aren\'t Solid sourcing and talent-mapping Comfortable in both deeply technical and commercial rooms Low ego, and genuinely curious about people Why join us Most recruiters spend a career hiring for other people\'s companies.
