Engineering Manager, GPU Fleet & Automation
Nscale
Nscale is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead the Fleet Manager team that provisions and maintains GPU nodes and network devices at scale. You will own delivery, team health, and cross-functional alignment with engineering and product partners.
Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, Fleet Management, you will stay hands-on while guiding architecture, performance optimization, and incident response. AI tools Claude and Cursor will amplify team output.
