Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs spanning multiple teams, functions, and locations.
• Coordinate detailed planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution across key initiatives.
• Build alignment among product, design, engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders.
• Establish priorities, manage dependencies, and help minimize disruption to day-to-day operations.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to executive and team stakeholders.
• Support quarterly and yearly planning efforts and contribute to agile practices.
• Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and data-informed decision-making.
• Support large-scale migrations, integrations, and technical modernization efforts.

Skills

• 7+ years of technical program management experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex technical programs across multiple teams or managers.
• Background in large-scale systems, migrations, and integrations.
• Familiarity with modern software delivery practices such as CI/CD, containerization, and microservices.
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based architecture.
• Ability to create clarity, accountability, and momentum in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, including HCM, ERP, or EPM implementations.
• Exposure to security platforms and frameworks.
• Experience using data and metrics to shape executive-level narratives and decisions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change with a collaborative mindset.
• Background supporting large-scale initiatives in growth-oriented environments.
