Base Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience

Previous management experience is not required. Strong Charge RNs, Supervisors, and comparable nursing leaders with direct-report responsibilities will be considered. This opportunity is suited to a clinician ready to bring recent operating room experience and practical team leadership into a broader role. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner. HireNow Package Annual Base Salary

• $100,000–$150,000
• Final compensation is based on relevant years of experience and employer assessment.

Sign-On and Relocation

Role Overview Anticipated responsibilities include:

• Support daily operating room and surgical services operations.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to nursing staff.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other clinical teams.
• Support staffing assignments, patient flow, and department readiness.
• Promote safe nursing practice and adherence to hospital procedures.
• Address clinical and operational concerns through effective problem-solving.
• Participate in staff development and quality-improvement activities.

• At least two years of recent operating room/surgical services experience in an acute-care setting
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Virginia RN license or an applicable active multistate RN license authorizing practice in Virginia
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers or American Red Cross CPR, as specified by the employer
• Active, unencumbered RN licensure with no current or previous disciplinary action
• Availability for full-time days and rotating weekends
• Eligibility under the employer's application-history restriction

Leadership pathway: Candidates do not need a previous manager title. Strong charge, supervisory, or comparable experience with direct reports is acceptable for consideration. All RN licenses must be verified through Nursys for current and previous disciplinary actions. Under the employer's submission criteria, candidates with any nursing-license disciplinary history cannot be submitted. Application-history restriction: Candidates must not have an active application in the hiring organization's same division within the previous six months. Eligibility will be reviewed before submission. Preferred Qualifications

• Charge nurse or supervisory experience in surgical services
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Master's degree
• Demonstrated ability to lead staff, coordinate workflow, and resolve department concerns
