Job Title: Plasma CNC Saw Operator (Experienced with Robo Rail)-Weekly Pay!
Location: Montgomery
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Day
Pay Range: $25-$27 per hour (Based on Experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Plasma CNC Saw Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating CNC plasma cutting equipment and be proficient in operating a Robo Rail system. This position requires a dependable individual with a strong understanding of fabrication processes, blueprint reading, and quality control standards.

Required Qualifications:

MUST have previous experience operating a Plasma CNC Saw.
MUST have experience operating a Robo Rail.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and cut lists.
Experience with structural steel fabrication and processing.
Knowledge of measuring tools and quality inspection procedures.
Ability to safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and material handling equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor CNC plasma cutting equipment and saw systems.
Set up machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
Operate Robo Rail equipment for cutting and processing structural steel.
Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings.
Verify dimensions and inspect finished materials to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a manufacturing/fabrication environment.
Ability to safely handle steel materials and equipment.
