Be part of something new! Healthy Living is opening a new store in Clifton Park and is seeking an experienced Assistant Center Store Manager Fridge/Frozen to join our team! 

The Assistant Center Store Manager Fridge/Frozen role is responsible for purchasing, inventory management, vendor relationships, team development, and ensuring the department operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You'll partner closely with the Center Store Manager and Category Manager to drive sales, maintain merchandising standards, and support departmental goals. 

Job Type: Assistant Department Manager

Hours: Full-Time, evenings, weekends, and holidays required 

Pay: $20.00-$21.72/hour (previous experience taken into consideration)

Requirements:

Experience

• 2+ years of grocery or natural foods retail experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of inventory management, ordering systems, and vendor relations
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Fridge & Frozen department
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Lead, train, schedule, and support department team members
• Maintain merchandising, food safety, pricing, and department standards
• Monitor sales, shrink, and inventory performance
• Deliver exceptional guest service and collaborate across departments
