Customer Relationship Manager

Job TitleTriNet is seeking a self-motivated individual to provide support to our high-volume client base focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.The role acts as a retention expert and influences retention outcomes for an assigned portfolio to ensure quality solutions. The individual will work collaboratively with internal partners such as Sales, Customer Experience, Pricing Strategy and Products to elevate the customer experience, ensure that all interactions and deliverables support the customer's business, and identify new business opportunities.What you will do:Provides support and guidance to clients (SMBs) dailyThis role is largely reactive with some proactive outreachesThis role will have larger books of business with less touch pointsEngages in pricing and contract negotiations to secure agreement.Provides on-demand touchpoint to customers to ensure satisfaction and increase breadth and depth of C-Suite relationshipsIdentifies client service opportunities and coordinates the execution of those services as appropriate.Partners closely with the Customer Engagement teams for an improvement in service levelPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferredExperience Qualifications:Typically 2+ yearsSkills and Abilities:Self-directed and ambitious - implements new ideas or potential solutions without waiting for others to take action or to request action. -Unwavering positive demeanor.-Outstanding interpersonal skills.-Excellent communication both written and verbal. -Open minded and patient. -Ability to prioritize quickly -Comfortable working in a fast paced and client driven environment.-Ability to quickly establish relationships and interact with business owners, executives and managers.. -Continuous follow-up and follow-through with clients. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).Work Environment:Work in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting.
