Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychotherapy services while fostering a supportive environment for your patients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patient histories, needs, and treatment goals.

• Developing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Administering therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.

• Engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.

• Participating in regular case consultations to enhance treatment outcomes while contributing to peer reviews that promote collective learning.

• Providing education and support to patients and their families about mental health issues, therapy options, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
