This position combines technical leadership, cross-functional program management, and customer-focused execution to ensure innovative projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and in alignment with business objectives.Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional project development activitiesDrive project execution across scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer commitments while providing executive status updatesPartner with engineering teams to evaluate technical solutions and balance performance, power, manufacturability, reliability, and cost requirementsIdentify, assess, and mitigate technical, manufacturing, schedule, and customer risks while resolving cross-functional barriersLead project transition from inception to Design or Product Teams hand-offMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experienceExperience leading semiconductor product development programs involving DRAM, memory systems, storage, ASIC, SoC, modules, platforms, or similar technologiesStrong understanding of the semiconductor product development lifecycle, including qualification, manufacturing ramp, reliability, and customer engagement processesExperience with stage-gate development methodologies and new product introduction (NPI) executionProficiency using AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency in day-to-day workPreferred Qualifications:Experience leading global, cross-functional engineering teams across multiple development sitesStrong problem-solving, communication, participant management, and executive presentation skillsExtensive experience in semiconductor engineering, systems architecture, product development, or technical program leadershipDemonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment without direct organizational authorityExperience managing sophisticated programs involving multiple engineering fields and business stakeholdersThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$193,000.00 - $391,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
