This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a welcoming environment while supporting our dedicated dental team.Responsibilities:Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the office.Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.Process patient registration and insurance information efficiently.Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using office equipment and software.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Friendly demeanor and a passion for providing excellent patient care.Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.About Us:Clear Lake Endodontics has been serving the Webster, TX community with exceptional dental care for over twenty years.
