Machine Operator - 1st shift

Central Wisconsin Woodworking Corporation is seeking a full-time Machine Operator at our Weston, WI location. Performance evaluation and wage adjustment after 60 day probationary period. Prior machining experience is a plus, but willing to train proper candidate. Job Aspects Running a Glue Line, Laminate Saw and other machinery (Doweling Machine, Edgebander etc.) related to processing wood cabinet construction Safely operate equipment, completing each machining process with precision Ability to read instructions, work orders and learn how to read prints Use measuring equipment to maintain identified tolerances Perform a visual check on completed parts for QA purposes and ensure all labeling is properly placed Work proactively with other departments Maintain a clean and safe work environment Move finished products to holding carts and follow procedure for proper storage if necessary Working Conditions/Schedule Monday – Thursday 6-4:30, overtime as required. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles (with PPE provided); outdoor weather conditions.
