Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

This position requires a dedicated Registered Nurse who is willing to float between different units and hospitals as needed. Flexible scheduling is essential, with a requirement to work holidays and every other weekend.

Work Schedule

• Available hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
• Nurses will be assigned a patient load with a ratio of 1:5 or 1:6.

Education Requirements

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.

Certifications

Required

• AHA BLS
• OR Red Cross BLS

Preferred

• ACLS certification

Licenses

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Alabama or Compact license (No temporary licenses accepted).
• NURSYS verification required.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in nursing is required. Candidates with 18 months of experience may be considered if they have worked under the highest level of professional license, including at least 1 year of recent experience in the area of specialty.
