Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Motor Winder to join our team in Millington, TN. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and repair of electric motors. If you have a passion for hands-on work and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you to contribute to our dynamic facility.
Responsibilities- Wind and assemble electric motor coils according to specifications.
- Inspect and test motors to ensure functionality and compliance with quality standards.
- Repair and replace damaged components in electric motors.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in motor winding is a plus.
- Proven experience in industrial motor winding or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
