Internal Medicine Physician

Seeking Internal Medicine Faculty provider to join residency program in Tallahassee, FL.

Position Overview

• Title: Internal Medicine Residency Teaching Faculty
• Setting: Primarily outpatient with some inpatient responsibilities
• Focus Areas: Research, Quality Improvement (QI), and Scholarly Activities

Academic & Teaching Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee:
• All QI projects and scholarly activities
• Research development and mentorship
• Eight Morbidity & Mortality (M&M) conferences and eight journal clubs annually (co-led with a senior resident)
• Teach and mentor residents and medical students in a collaborative, hands-on environment
• Participate in Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) training and education
