Job Description Summary - Assist Purchasing Department in various clerical and warehouse duties.

Specific Duties - Check in and deliver packages Pick up shred- empty in bins Clean warehouse File Answer phones Match invoices Process/email/fax orders Vendor calls Misc. duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications - Must be a current University of La Verne student with FWS eligibility for the 2026-2027 academic year Clean DMV Personable Able to lift heavy packages regularly Warehouse experience Cart licensed preferred Computer literate Personable Customer service skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel Phone skills Clerical skills Must have been awarded Federal Work Study

Benefits Summary - Employees are eligible for the following benefits: One hour of Paid Sick Leave for every 30 hours worked, with a maximum accrual of 24 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year and capped at 48 hours.
