ReNuke Services is seeking a Project Manager 0 (Entry level) for our client’s site in Salem, SC! Responsibilities: Support Project Management team in: Assist with configuration management and project closeout in our ACT software. Coordinate field labeling activities Coordinate integration of projects into plant operations and maintenance programs (i.e., Lockout-Tagout database, preventative maintenance, etc.) Assist with contractor bid packages. Assist with managing purchase orders. Arrange meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. Use business software applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, NERC/environmental checklists, risk registers, agendas, minutes, etc. Implement project setup in both our accounting and project management software. Generate financial reports and assist with monthly forecasting. Gather required approvals for invoices for processing through the A/P. Requirements: Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management principles. Project related work/school experience; Demonstrated to Working Knowledge in Project Management, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving; Collaborative Team Member. Demonstrated to Working knowledge in project related Scheduling / Cost Controls. The Project Management Specialist may have relationships with individuals in various organizations ranging from individual contributors to Department Leadership (i.e. individual contributors up to senior department management).
