Every guest journey begins with a warm welcome. As our Airport Shuttle Driver, you'll be one of the first and last people our guests meet, making you an essential part of creating memorable stays. Whether you're greeting travelers with a smile, assisting with luggage, or sharing recommendations about the local area, you'll help deliver the thoughtful, caring service that keeps guests coming back.

What You'll Do

• Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation between the hotel and the airport.
• Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Assist guests with luggage while providing exceptional customer service.
• Share information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper operation.
• Maintain the shuttle in a clean, organized, and guest-ready condition.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the Front Desk regarding guest pickups, departures, and special requests.
• Support the Front Office and other departments as needed during downtime, including assisting with guest requests, lobby presentation, and light operational tasks.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns while creating positive, memorable experiences.

What You'll Bring

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for hospitality.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a passenger shuttle or van.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and transport luggage up to 50 pounds.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Previous hotel, transportation, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
