Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Obtain clinical documents, prescriptions, and authorizations, following up on necessary compliance items. Stay informed on insurance guidelines and run reports to secure timely renewals for prescriptions and authorizations. Enter data into Brightree, ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and company regulations. Participate in improvement initiatives, complete required online training, and engage in e‑learning opportunities. Liaise with physicians, referral sources, and patients to facilitate communication and uphold the company mission. Qualifications Proficiency in software tools. Strong problem‑solving skills to analyze information effectively. Project management skills to complete assignments on time and within budget. Maintains confidentiality with attentive listening to build strong interpersonal relationships. Excellent oral and written communication skills to clarify information and interpret documentation accurately.
