Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly upon arrival at the dealership.
Understand customer needs through attentive listening and thoughtful questioning.
Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits effectively.
Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Collaborate with the finance and insurance team to finalize sales.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role.
Strong understanding of automotive products and features.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
