Residential Estimator

A leading Residential Construction company in the area, is seeking an Estimator , to coordinate and lead their field team. This is a great opportunity with a leading and growing builder. If you are an Estimator, who can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget and that surpasses expectations, let's talk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing projects and bid strategies. You will do so by analyzing project proposals and historical cost data. Ultimately, your work will help us develop new business opportunities.


Responsibilities

• Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategy
• Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis
• Analyze project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimate
• Gather, update, and review cost data

Qualifications

• Residential construction estimating experience on all projects in any aspect of the build
• 5 years of experience estimating projects or relevant field experience
• Experience in ERP systems
• Estimating Software experience
• Ability to work with a team as well as individually
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
