Physical Therapist

Department: Rehabilitation / Outpatient Services About the Role: This role is designed for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized care in an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive evaluations and provide treatment for a diverse outpatient population, including orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative cases. Design and implement personalized care plans based on clinical findings and provider referrals. Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions such as manual techniques, movement-based therapy, vestibular treatment, and other specialized modalities. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to achieve optimal functional results. Work collaboratively with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff to ensure continuity of care. Provide education to patients and caregivers to encourage recovery, injury prevention, and long-term health. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical record systems. Contribute to a team-oriented environment that values communication, respect, and shared clinical goals. Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active or eligible licensure as a Physical Therapist in NH. Current BLS certification required. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient engagement and education. Preferred: prior exposure to outpatient care settings or experience with orthopedic, pediatric, or geriatric populations.
