Aurelian is growing rapidly; we are hiring people who want to help scale this work and make a real difference in public safety infrastructure for communities across the country.We're hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help build out the Aurelian platform that powers our realtime AI agents. Your customers are other engineers on the team; you'll create the systems, tools, and abstractions that make everyone more productive and our platform more reliable.A few examples you may work on based on our current priorities:Build out analytics infrastructure using ClickHouse to handle massive increases in traffic and increasingly complex queries.Creating great instrumentation, logging, and monitoring tools to give us as much visibility as possible into where calls go wrong in production.Testing frameworks, CLIs, automations, etc. that help our team move quickly with AI coding tools without sacrificing reliability or confidence.You thrive on autonomy and constantly look for new areas we can improve. You have 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering roles, ideally at companies where reliability and scale are serious challenges. You are comfortable across areas of the stack from backend application code to cloud infrastructure.
