Compensation: $45.64 - $50.00 /hr.

Schedule: 40 hrs/Week. - (1 st shift)

What You'll Do:

• Monitor import transactions, documentation, tariff classifications, and customs valuation information to support compliance with CBP regulations and internal requirements.
• Investigate and help resolve customs clearance delays, shipment holds, entry discrepancies, and other import-related issues.
• Maintain compliance records, support audit readiness, and analyze trade data to identify potential compliance gaps or opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, suppliers, and other stakeholders to gather information and strengthen customs processes.
• Support USMCA and other Free Trade Agreement programs by reviewing supplier certifications, maintaining supporting documentation, assisting with qualification reviews, and helping maximize compliant duty-saving opportunities.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years of experience with broker management.
• 2+ years of experience as a Customs Broker.

• Understands the entry operations guidelines when coming into the US.
• Understands how to assign an HTS to a product.
• Understanding of USMCA qualification.
• Entry Writer.
• Knowledge of U.S. import regulations and customs processes.
• Understanding of customs entry requirements, tariff classification, valuation, and country of origin principles.
• Working knowledge of USMCA certification requirements and free trade agreement administration.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to proactively jump in where needed to support the client Industry, Inc. U.S. Customs team, business operations, and compliance objectives.
• Good customer service mindset with a commitment to operational excellence and compliance.
