Based in McAlester, OK, you’ll help us deliver high-quality products in a safety-first, team-driven environment.

• Weld and fabricate metal parts and assemblies per specification.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols to plan and execute work.
• Set up and operate MIG, TIG, and stick equipment efficiently.
• Verify quality and conformance through thorough inspection of finished work.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation while following all safety protocols.
• Partner with teammates to troubleshoot fabrication and fit-up issues.
• Engage in continuous training and development to sharpen welding skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/vocational welding training is a plus.
• Hands-on welding background in a fabrication setting.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes and safety practices.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and blueprints.
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills.
• Effective working solo or as part of a team.
• Welding certification preferred but not required.
