Associate Attorney

Heyl, Royster, Voelker & Allen DBA Heyl Royster is hiring a full-time Associate Attorney. Job Duties: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, briefs, pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Represent clients in court, mediation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings. Maintain and manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery of services. Assist in the development of case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys. Remain an attorney in good standing with the applicable state bar, including fulfillment of CLE requirements. Negotiate settlements, prepare for trials, and participate in hearings. Telecommuting is an option. Rate of pay: $83,034- $98000.24 per year Job Requirements: Doctoral degree in Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must have License to Practice Law in Illinois; skills in legal research, legal writing and analysis.
