Title
RN - Med/Surg, Med-Surg Telemetry, PCU (float position)

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- GA RN or Compact license required at time of submission
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH (NIHSS)
- Charting system experience required: Epic

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in medical-surgical, telemetry, and progressive care units.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform and document nursing procedures, including IV administration, wound care, and patient assessments.
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and standards of care.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 24 hours on-unit orientation; number of non-billable orientation hours determined by contract length.
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only).
- Full compliance required to start on time; all compliance documents due by the Tuesday prior to start.
