Contract | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Triage patients according to care requirements and acuity level upon arrival to the Emergency Department
• Provide ongoing assessment, monitoring, and immediate interventions for patients with urgent, critical, or non-urgent care needs
• Deliver emergency nursing care across a broad patient population including pre-natal, neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team to coordinate and deliver appropriate patient care
• Provide discharge teaching and patient education tailored to the individual's intellectual level and physical ability

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
• CPI or MOAB certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an emergency department setting
• Experience caring for diverse patient populations across all age groups
