WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an experienced, high performing server who thrives in a busy environment, takes pride in exceptional service, and wants the opportunity to make good money.

Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar is required. Our ideal candidate:

• Can confidently manage a busy section while providing attentive hospitality
• Anticipates guests’ needs before being asked
• Moves with urgency while remaining composed, polished, and approachable
• Prioritizes multiple tables and responsibilities effectively
• Communicates professionally with guests, the kitchen, and teammates
• Has Toast POS experience or can learn it quickly
• Has basic wine knowledge and a genuine desire to learn and make recommendations
• Is willing to wear multiple hats and help wherever needed
• Takes ownership of side work, cleanliness, esponsibilities without being micromanaged
• Is dependable, punctual, flexible, available for more than one or two limited shifts per week
• Understands that strong performance and great service create excellent earning potential

We’re a small, experienced team where every person makes an impact. We set clear expectations, communicate well, and trust capable employees to manage their responsibilities independently. On busy nights, you should be able to look at a full dining room and patio and think, “I’ve got this.” That means prioritizing quickly, moving efficiently, communicating with the kitchen, supporting your teammates, and ensuring every guest receives attentive service.

Schedules are generally consistent, with occasional adjustments for team members’ time off requests. Flexibility and a team first attitude are important. Interviews begin September 1, and we intend to fill the position as soon as we find the right person.
