Entry-Level Accounting Coordinator
The Entry-Level Accounting Coordinator supports the accounting team by performing basic financial and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone starting their accounting career and provides hands-on experience in financial operations, reporting, and recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter financial transactions into accounting systems accurately
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Support month-end close activities
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding transactions
- Verify accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with audits by gathering supporting documentation
- Perform basic administrative tasks related to accounting functions
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)
- 01 year of accounting, internship, or bookkeeping experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
