We’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to pull cable. We’re looking for a security professional who understands systems, can troubleshoot problems in the field, takes pride in clean workmanship, and knows how to take care of a customer.

What You'll DoAs a Field Service Technician, you'll work directly with our customers and project teams to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain integrated security and low-voltage systems.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting  CCTV / video surveillance systems
• Installing and servicing  access control systems
• Installing and troubleshooting  intrusion / burglary alarm systems
• Installing, terminating, testing, and labeling  Cat5e and Cat6 cabling
• Diagnosing system, device, network, power, and cabling issues
• Programming and commissioning security equipment
• Performing system testing and preventative maintenance
• Completing accurate service documentation and field reports
• Maintaining company tools, equipment, and assigned inventory
• Communicating professionally with customers, project managers, and other trades
• Identifying opportunities to improve, repair, or upgrade customer systems

Fiber optic cabling experience is a strong plus. What We're Looking ForThis is an  experienced technician position . Candidates should be comfortable working independently in the field and taking ownership of service calls from diagnosis through resolution.
Required:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with commercial low-voltage and electronic security systems
• Strong experience with  CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to program, configure, test, and commission security systems
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Comfortable using mobile applications, computers, and digital field-management tools
• Valid driver's license and  clean driving record
• Ability to pass required  background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to safely work on ladders, lifts, rooftops, attics, and in confined spaces
