As a Store Manager, you'll lead a team of skilled technicians, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive business growth. Manage Operations: Oversee daily shop operations and ensure efficiency. What you'll need: Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for sales and customer service A drive to succeed and a proven track record of driving sales Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field preferred. SALES EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRED Proficient in computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, shop management software like Tekmetric).
