We are seeking a Grinder Operator for a 1st shift opportunity in Jackson. This role involves preparing and loading machines with raw materials, unloading finished parts, and supporting machine operators throughout the production process.

Grinder Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )
- Load and unload parts into machines following established work instructions and quality standards.
- Stage raw materials and transport finished products to designated storage or work areas.
- Support machine operators with production-related tasks to help maintain workflow efficiency.
- Verify proper part placement and loading to prevent machine misfeeds and production issues.
- Inspect parts and promptly report any defects, damage, or equipment irregularities to supervision.
Grinder Operator Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Steel-toe boots required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the shift
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
