Assembly Worker | $16/hr. | 7am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday

As an Assembly Worker, you will play a key role in producing high-quality electronic components and cable assemblies in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Responsibilities

• Perform precise assembly of small parts and cable components
• Conduct cable prep, including stripping, labeling, and crimping
• Use hand tools and basic measurement instruments
• Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must have experience with small parts assembly
• Must have cable prep experience
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions and assembly documentation
• Solid time management and reliability
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and subject to E-Verify

The base salary for this position is $16/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
