Technical Delivery Manager

Brooksource is seeking a Information Technology Delivery Lead This role supports Invest Technology delivery as a process subject matter expert in project management, system development and program management. Responsible for supporting the team through consulting, communication and education.


The Work Itself

• Provide program management support for several initiatives [i.e. large scale technology buildouts, migrations, etc...]
• Deliver solution that accomplishes business objectives with on-time delivery and exceptional quality.
• Conceptualize process enhancements to increase project delivery effectiveness.
• Instill innovation and continuous improvement practices in teams.
• Manage team(s) quarterly commitments.
• Manage change with stakeholders appropriately.
• Provide adequate, on time reporting of outcomes and progress toward them.
• Execute the communication and adoption plan including training sessions as needed.

The Skills You Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years Project Management (primarily Kanban or Scrum) experience in an enterprise IT system environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in coaching at team level and broader levels (coaching in kanban/scrum/delivery methodology related topics)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant field of study preferred.
• Proven experience driving enterprise change in large organizations.
• Proven track record of establishing continuous improvement practices.
• Competent in process design, documentation, and implementation.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced expertise in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Handles ambiguity and changing priorities effectively.

• 12-Month W2 Contract (with potential for extension or conversion)

• Compensation: $45-$50/hr
