Senior Living Sales Counselor

Lifespace Communities is seeking a compassionate Life Plan Counselor to help older adults and their families explore senior living options and plan for future care. In this resident-first role, you will learn each prospective resident’s goals, explain independent living and continuing care choices, coordinate tours and follow-up, and guide families through the decision process with clarity and respect. Collaborate with community teams to deliver a welcoming experience and support occupancy goals while upholding Lifespace’s mission of enhancing seniors’ quality of life. Bring strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills to a collaborative team with opportunities to grow across senior living and healthcare operations.
