Acute Physical Therapist MLee Healthcare is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join a dynamic Therapy team at an established hospital in Illinois. Job Description: As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to rehabilitation and wellness. You will assess and treat patients with a wide range of conditions, providing therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, improve function, and promote overall well-being. - Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to achieve patient goals.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Illinois state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pediatric experience preferred .
