Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanic to join our growing team. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of automotive systems and equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and performance. Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using proper testing procedures, schematics, and service information.
- Perform repairs and replacements on engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, shocks and struts, HVAC systems, and related components.
- Complete routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively to complete repairs accurately.
- Interpret service manuals and technical documentation to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all shop safety procedures.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors or management regarding vehicle conditions, repair needs, and recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as an automotive/diesel mechanic or technician.
- Strong diagnostic abilities with both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Dealership or structured shop experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy.
- Physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting, standing, and working on vehicles throughout the day.
- Professional attitude with dependable work ethic and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
