Registered Nurse - LTC Baltimore, MD LEVINDALE HOSPITAL Full-time - Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) $34.33 – $53.21 per hour, experience based Summary Provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families as a member of the patient care team. Conducts and documents an initial and ongoing assessment and gathers data relevant to the patient’s and family’s individual needs. Develops and documents a plan of care for selected patients and families. Implements, documents, and provides care and education based on the plan of care. Evaluates and documents the outcomes of nursing practice. Requirements Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate’s degree (2 years of college). Knowledge of a specialized field. Maryland Registered Nurse License. American Heart Association CPR certification. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, basic computer skills, Cerner, SynQuest Standard, office equipment, and medical terminology. Nursing process skills based on the MD Nurse Practice Act.
