Supply Chain Specialist

Join our team as a Supply Chain Specialist and play a key role in supporting factory operations through supplier management, planning activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. This contingent opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers in a fast-paced operational environment. Work Model:
- On-Site
- 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Execute supply planning activities within established systems and processes to support factory operations
- Manage purchased parts delivery and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
- Maintain day-to-day communication with suppliers, analyze performance issues, and provide feedback on key supplier management indicators
- Collect and organize information on cost drivers, market dynamics, innovation opportunities, and alternative suppliers
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing existing operations and contributing new ideas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and advanced Excel proficiency
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adjust priorities throughout the day in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience working with suppliers, inventory, logistics, purchasing, or operations
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply management, supply chain, operations, or a related field and SAP experience preferred
