Evening Service Desk Analyst I | Remote-Friendly

ePlus inc. is seeking a Service Desk Analyst I to provide Level 1 technical support to our customers from the Virginia Beach area. The role requires handling calls and emails, diagnosing issues, and tracking them through resolution. You will work a Saturday to Wednesday shift from 4pm to 1am EST, and must have reliable internet and mobile service for remote/hybrid interaction.
