Responsibilities Overview: As a Memory Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll do more than provide care- you'll create moments of comfort, dignity, and joy for residents while helping them feel valued and at home. What You'll Do: Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene. Build trusting relationships through compassionate, person-centered care. Assist residents with walking, transportation, and transfers using gait belts when necessary. Promote resident independence and dignity. Work collaboratively with Charge Nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care. What We Offer: Job Types: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Schedule: Monday to Friday Rotating weekends Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Flexible Hours: Part-Time: 12 32 hours per week Full-Time: 32 40 hours per week Position Requirements: A valid unencumbered Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License is required. A High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program is acceptable. At least 1 year of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience in a Memory Care setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with staff, residents, and families. Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
