Role Description The Clinician is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Worth, TX, responsible for providing direct behavioral health and substance use treatment services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-informed individual, group, and family counseling. The Clinician monitors progress, documents all services in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care that supports recovery goals. This role involves providing trauma-informed, person-centered interventions, offering crisis support as needed, and engaging clients in motivational, strengths-based approaches. The Clinician also participates in case reviews, professional development activities, and quality improvement initiatives to uphold high standards of care. Qualifications Clinical assessment and counseling skills, including experience with substance use, co-occurring disorders, and trauma-informed care. Ability to develop and implement individualized, recovery-oriented treatment plans and facilitate individual, group, and family sessions. Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage caseload effectively. Collaboration and communication skills for working within a multidisciplinary team and engaging clients and families respectfully. Commitment to person-centered, culturally responsive, and non-judgmental care aligned with the organization’s mission and values. Relevant licensure or licensure-eligible status in Texas (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCDC or equivalent), and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field preferred; bachelor’s degree with appropriate credentials may be considered.
