Kelly Services is hiring a Change Management Lead for a 1st shift opportunity in Petersburg, FL.

We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Change Management Lead to support a high-visibility skills transformation program. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to guide people through change, build adoption strategies, engage stakeholders, and turn complex enterprise initiatives into clear, actionable steps for leaders, HR teams, employees, and business partners.

Position Overview

The Change Management Lead will support a large-scale skills transformation initiative focused on new skills-related processes, roles, tools, and ways of working. This person will lead the people side of change by developing and executing change strategies that support stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, communications, leadership engagement, adoption, and sustainment.

This role will partner closely with Organizational Effectiveness, project leadership, HR, communications, instructional design, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to ensure impacted teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and what they need to do differently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the change management workstream from planning through implementation and sustainment.
• Develop and execute a change management strategy aligned to project goals, milestones, and business priorities.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to identify impacted groups, risks, and support needs.
• Create readiness, adoption, reinforcement, and sustainment plans for different audiences.
• Partner with project leadership, HR, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, SMEs, and business leaders to align on change objectives.
• Build and execute communication strategies tailored to leaders, managers, HR teams, and employees.
• Develop sponsor engagement plans, leadership talking points, FAQs, toolkits, and other change support materials.
• Identify resistance, adoption risks, and barriers, then develop mitigation and escalation plans.
• Establish feedback loops to gather employee and leader input throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor adoption metrics, stakeholder engagement, and readiness indicators.
• Support change governance, reporting, leadership updates, risk tracking, and adoption status updates.
• Help embed sustainment actions to reinforce new behaviors, processes, and accountability after go-live.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading change management for enterprise initiatives, transformation programs, or large-scale process/technology changes.
• Background in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and executing change strategies in complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, readiness planning, and adoption measurement.
• Strong facilitation, consulting, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work across all levels of an organization, including senior leaders, SMEs, HR partners, managers, and frontline teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex project information into clear change actions and messaging.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting HR transformation, talent management, workforce planning, skills-based talent initiatives, or enterprise capability-building programs.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies, adoption planning, and sustainment strategies.
• Experience supporting global, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or large enterprise environments.
• Experience partnering with instructional design, communications, HR, and project teams on transformation initiatives.
