LPN Lead
Join our team at Community Hospital Fairfax in Fairfax, MO as an LPN Lead. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic Family Medicine clinic, providing direct patient care and supporting healthcare practitioners. Daily Responsibilities
- Room patients, take vitals, record medical histories, and reconcile home medications
- Administer medications as directed by the provider and assist with medical procedures
- Perform basic lab tests, prepare specimens, and draw blood for testing
- Assist with prior authorizations, scheduling appointments, and refilling medication requests
- Mentor new hires and assist with quarterly chart audits
Lead Responsibilities
- Assist clinic director with monthly clinic schedule, with bi-annual policy review, with quarterly chart audits
- Ensure compliance with daily, weeky and monthly clinic tasks
- Check refrigerator temps, medication outdates
- Maintenance of sample med log
- Monthly QC
- API submission review and follow up
- Process Improvement (PI) lead in clinics
- BLS Instructor
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Missouri
- 2-3 years' service in a clinical setting
- BLS required
- WIllingness and ability to work in all 6 clinical locations as needed
- Dependable, responsible, courteous, and tactful
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records

Salary and Benefits
Minimum Salary: $55,340.00
Maximum Salary: $72,480.00
