Estimator — Hospitality Renewyx have partnered with a hospitality-focused general contractor delivering hotels - both ground-up and renovation projects. New hotel builds and major renovation projects are keeping this team's calendar full well for the next several years and they are looking to bring on and additional estimator to keep up with demand. The role: You will prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, lead subcontractor bid leveling, and develop accurate cost estimates that support projects from proposal through award. What you'll bring: Solid background estimating ground-up commercial construction projects Comfortable reading drawings and specs to build detailed quantity takeoffs Strong grasp of current market pricing and subcontractor bid comparison Nice to have (bonus, not required): On-Screen Takeoff or Bluebeam experience Design-build estimating experience Relationships with regional subcontractor networks What's on offer: Permanent role Based across active project sites in Ohio and Indiana Room to grow with a business scaling its pipeline fast You don't need to tick every box.
