JOB SUMMARY:

The Lead Medical Assistant (LMA) supports medical providers in delivering HIV specialty care, primary care, and PrEP/STI services while coordinating clinical and administrative activities to ensure high-quality patient care. The Lead Medical Assistant also serves as a team lead for Medical Assistants, providing daily oversight and support to promote efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient outcomes. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant or Medical Assistant with Associate Degree or higher in the medical field with at least 2-3 years of experience in clinical setting. Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not required Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
