Finance Manager (Onsite - Plano, TX)

Role And Responsibilities This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Supervise and document financial reporting and analysis. Participate in 3‑12 month rolling forecasting, month‑end closing, and various ad‑hoc financial and accounting duties. Assist in non‑trade inter‑company transactions. Lead/supervise 1‑2 junior level Finance professionals, focusing on coaching, coordination and delegation of operational work responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities Perform 3‑12 month business forecasts, including comprehensive forecast of mobile devices’ sales quantities, wholesale prices, COGSs, overhead expenses, and changes in the business environment. Perform month‑end closing from a managerial standpoint, using SAP Controlling (CO) module while closely monitoring revenue/COGS recognition and expense allocation of various profit segments and cost centers. Prepare and provide various financial reports regularly and as needed to management. Coordinate monthly inter‑company transaction activities and follow‑up requests to maintain a proper level of margin for HQ Support Division. Perform other finance or administrative support projects and tasks assigned by financial management (e.g., royalty calculation, litigation‑related financial data support). Under uncertain economic conditions, present appropriate materials for leadership decision‑making through precise profit and loss simulations. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field and 5–6 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience. Strong business acumen; understanding commercial terms and potential impact and risk across business units. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work across departments to resolve urgent issues. Experience in business process review and analysis, including financial and operational analysis and audits. Proficient with Excel. SAP or other ERP system experience is a plus.
