Job Summary:

Position Title: CNA LTC
Location: Seward, AK 99664
Duration: 26 weeks
Work Schedule: Days or Nights - 4×12-hour shifts (Traveler's Choice: 3×12 or 4×12, based on facility needs)
Pay rate: 25-28$/hr

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, feeding, bathing, and personal care
• Maintain infection control and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]

• Active CNA license (AK license or pending application accepted)
• Previous Travel CNA experience (Required)
• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience (Required)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience
