The role of a CStore CSR at The Spinx Company requires the employee to work effectively in a team environment, provide outstanding customer service, accurately and efficiently conduct various financial transactions while creating a welcoming environment in support of our Company Policies, Core Values and Operations Priorities.

Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring store safety procedures are followed, food safety and sanitation standards are met or exceeded, as well as making certain that food quality, consistency, and selection meet company standards and expectations.

Qualification Requirements

• Education and/or Experience: High School or GED preferred
• Language Skills: Effectively present information to customers. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from associates or customers. Must be able to speak, read and write in the English language.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Reasoning Abilities: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where standard responses are not available.
• Certifications, Licenses and Registrations: Current SC Driver's License, required auto insurance, reliable means of transportation and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects; use tools and equipment; reach with hands and arms; or talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move 25 lbs and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• The employee occasionally works in outside conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, or airborne particles and extreme cold and/or heat. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts: in high precarious places; and is occasionally exposed to toxic and caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
