Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH!MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented mid-level Maritime Contract Specialist to join our team in Oahu, HI.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Drafts and develops maritime contract agreements, modifications, and non-disclosure agreements for senior-level review and coordinationMaintains detailed records of vessel status and facilitates communication between the prime contractor and maritime vendor partnersPrepares routine reports on maritime transport capacity and delivery metrics for Mission PartnersDevelops and maintains standard operating procedures for managing maritime platform work hours, travel, and issue resolutionFacilitates the movement of supplies via maritime platforms by ensuring all access, basing, and overflight clearances are processedPrepares maritime status updates for inclusion in the unclassified document library and management portalTakes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staffMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field3+ years of position-relevant experienceProficiency in federal procurement and maritime lawDesired Qualifications:Master's degree in a related field7+ years of position-relevant experienceExperience with international maritime Dangerous Goods codesSecurity Clearance Requirements:Must possess active Public Trust clearancePhysical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and virtual communication which may involve delivering presentationsThe projected compensation range for this position is -.
